We are seeking a Fulfillment Center Inventory Control / Quality Assurance Operations Lead:

What You'll Do:

 Conduct inventory counts and quality audits-

 Cycle Counts of frozen, dry, and consumable products

 Receive / Put Away Audits Handle Box Audits & End of Line

 Investigate bad product Ensure holds on product are in place for damages, rejected product, returns, disposition of product, and scan compliance

 Kitting- Making Welcome Kits for new customers

 Food Safety Compliance

 Train others as necessary

 Act as a liaison between the Food Safety Team, Logistics Team, and the Fulfillment Centers

 Investigate product defects - evaluate packaging quality

 Determine why a product did not reach the customer in prime condition

Who You Are:

 Have the ability to converse with, and relate to a myriad of different personalities in order to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, and training

 Must have Mathematical skills and a working understanding of the following computer applications - Google Chrome, G-Mail, Microsoft Office, especially excel Google Sheets, as well as basic WMSWill be trained to complete daily TraceGains reporting

 Ability to operate a Forklift; will certify if needed

 May require 10-15% Travel

 Be able to work in a freezer at -10F as needed

 Be able to lift 50 lbs

 Ability to be on feet / walk the warehouse on a consistent basis

 Be able to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack

 Be able to handle dry ice with provided PPE
