We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Direct-to-Consumer Associate to take ownership of ALOHA’s Shopify platform and related DTC operations. This role will manage site functionality, including promotions, merchandising, content coordination, UX optimization, and landing page development. Acting as the primary project manager for our Shopify Development Agency and other key initiatives, you’ll drive shopper journey enhancements using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Yieldify, and ReBuy to increase conversions and basket size. Additionally, you’ll support performance marketing initiatives that drive traffic to ALOHA.com, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. This position is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about e-commerce, project management, and driving impactful digital strategies.

DTC Platform Ownership:
· Serve as the primary owner of the Shopify platform, including a separate B2B Wholesale site, and associated applications.
· Coordinate all aspects of site management, such as promotions, site merchandising, inventory visibility, taxonomy, and content updates in collaboration with the Brand Team.
· Oversee user experience (UX) improvements in partnership with the Lifecycle Marketing team and incorporate feedback from Customer Experience (CX).
· Lead the development, building, and testing of landing pages to enhance the shopper journey.
· SEO and Content Management: - Monitor and improve conversion rates through analysis of on-site and user behaviors.
Project Management
· Owner of DTC/Wholesale site roadmaps
· Manage Shopify Development Partner Agency projects and work streams, serving as the primary project manager to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
· Optimize the shopper journey by leveraging tools like Microsoft Clarity for insights and UX/CRO optimization tools like Yieldify, EVOLV, and ReBuy to improve conversion rates and drive larger and more profitable baskets.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
· 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with direct exposure to DTC platforms like Shopify.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with UX optimization tools (Yieldify, EVOLV, ReBuy) and shopper journey analysis tools (Microsoft Clarity).
· Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms and campaign operations to support DTC initiatives and campaigns.
· Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to solving complex problems.
· Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accountability.
